varied breakfast central location helpful staff
the breakfast had a lot of variety and was lovely. the location is super trendy and easy to access the city center. the staff were friendly and helpful. they provided easy directions and assistance.
The room had a very slight musty smell. Otherwise the cleanliness was excellent.

convenient location thorough cleaning filtered water
the hotel location near gare du nord was convenient for my travel. i found the room cleaning was thorough each day ! the breakfast had a continental selection that provided a good start to each day and i especially liked the available filtered water in the reception area, it was a nice touch.
The absence of air conditioning in the room was noticeable, especially during warmer days. Only a rotating fan was available. i noticed some mildew in the bathroom shower too.

the hotel's proximity to gare de l'est and gare du nord was beneficial. access to the metro was very easy from this location and it allowed efficient travel throughout the city.

the room was basic. daily cleaning maintained a tidy space and a table plus benches were useful and i used these frequently to work.

the hotel provides filtered water in the reception area and this was convenient. super fast wifi was available, i had no issues streaming and browsing, great.

The buffet breakfast offered a good range of choices, including fresh bread and juice. the continental selection provided a decent start to each day. I was happy with the quality.

The staff was attentive, they showed care. I appreciated their assistance . one staff member, andrei, was very professional and helpful, particularly at the front desk though some other staff members were less polite.
